Meet the Team

Our Amazing Team

Our team are highly experienced and have over 20 years experience in the solar industry.

Founder & Director

Craig Little

Working in the renewables industry means a great deal to me. As Cat Stevens wrote “You’re only dancing on this earth for a short while” and I want my dance to be meaningful. The Earth has put up with a great deal from humans and we really need to start to look after it!

I set up Tyne Valley Wind & Solar in late 2022 on the back of my renown building company Craig Little Developments LTD, a highly successful business with the motto ‘do it once and do it properly’. My solar company follows the same basic rules and we do things well as we want our systems to last!

I have a background of accountancy, a team leader as a Director of Sport and of course many years of building and roofing experience. I am a MCS registered roof installer and all of my skills ensure your project is done to the highest of standards, no leaky roofs and a system that will perform brilliantly.

I am a family guy and run the company with my wife, Anna, my dog, Zola and I have my children all interested in joining the team as well once they leave school.

Our financial model is simple, we keep our overheads low, we buy with cash and not credit and we are carful with money. Our company is very healthy and we want it to prosper in the many years ahead of us.

Director

Anna Little

With a huge knowledge base on health and wellbeing Anna plays a vital role in looking after our bodies. Successfully running her biomechanics company we have tapped into her knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure our bodies kept at their best so we are able to maintain our busy schedule on the roof!

Expert Electrical Installer

Andrew Morris

With over 20 years of both commercial and electrical knowledge, Andrew is one of the best electricians I have had the pleasure to work alongside. He is an MCS accredited solar installer and his wealth of knowledge ensures your system is running as smooth as a Rolls Royce!

System Designer

James ‘the brains’ Martin

James also lives in Wylam and has become a good friend. His working life has revolved around helicopters whether in the RAF, police and ambulance James has always served this country well. His knowledge and understanding of solar started in 2010 when the FIT tariff was introduced. He has become an off grid specialist and his RAF training makes him particular when it comes to designing systems for clients.

Manager of Health & Wellbeing

Zola

Zola is our go to when it comes to mental health. She doesn’t say much but ensures we spend time outdoors in the fresh air. No phones and pure calm is her focus.
